Outrageous Industry Transformation: Cell Phones Doom Phone Revenues for Hotels

    1. When was the last time you used a pay phone? How often have you used a pay phone in the last   year?

It was too long ago that I can’t remember when was the last time i used a pay phone. Normally I would consider to use the cell phones to contact someone, even if the people is staying in the same hotel as mine. Cell phone has the memory function that I do not have to memorize the contact numbers. In the last year, I have not used the pay phone at all.

    2. If you needed to use a pay phone, would you know immediately where one was located?

Frankly speaking, if my phone battery has gone flat, I would have considered finding the charger rather than finding a pay phone in public. Even if I am lucky enough to find one, I would forecasted that the one is having probability of not functioning. Nonetheless, I totally have no idea where to find a pay phone; it is not listed out in the directory of the building.

    3. When was the last time you used your cell phone? How often have you used your cell phone in the last day?

I just used my cell phone about 5 minutes ago to make a call. In the last day, I have spent about half day on the cell phone. It was a Sunday, I used the cell phone to surf net, view the social websites and read emails.
